Main Role in Practice:

Dental Nurse/Receptionist
Georgia’s duties involve all aspects of patient care, preparing the dental surgery with sterilised, appropriate instruments and providing chair side assistance to Anthony. Georgia is also involved with reception work, which includes booking your appointments, taking payments and meeting and reassuring patients.

Hobbies & Pastimes:

Georgia’s hobbies mainly focus around sport and keeping fit. From a young age she found running enjoyable and soon joined an all girls running club, as she progressed she became a member of the prestigious Blackheath Running Club, taking part in competitions and events. Georgia has also regularly been a member of various fitness and health clubs and until recently was a keen horse rider. Georgia also enjoys travelling and exploring different parts of the world.

Career Aspirations:
Georgia plans on completing her NVQ and after becoming a qualified Dental Nurse, she would like to attend university to qualify as a Dental Hygienist.

Top 3 ‘Bucket List’:
Georgia has a desire to travel around the world. She also hopes to get married and have a family of her own.

Amelia

Qualification & Experience:

Hobbies & Pastimes:
 
Amelia's hobbies and pastimes include writing and she is a passionate reader of pretty much anything! A keen swimmer, Amelia also enjoys training for triathlons with her family and skiing.
 
Career Aspirations:
 
Amelia plans on studying English and Classics at university to expand upon her love of literature and ancient history. She also aspires to either work in publishing or lecturing after university.
 
Top 3 'Bucket List':
 
Amelia hopes that she will be able to overcome her severe fear of sharks by cage diving! She also would like to become a published writer and she hopes to one day visit the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion where Lord Byron carved his name into the marble of one of the temple's columns in 1810.

Eloise

Qualifications & Experience:

First Aid Training

AS Level results in Biology (A), Chemistry (A), French, (A) and History (A)

Eloise’s interest in medicine has seen her participate as a residential volunteer for the charity Vitalise, which offers short breaks for disabled adults, children, the elderly and their carers. She has also recently become a volunteer for the Alzheimer Society’s Bromley chapter. During the Summer of 2011 Eloise completed a week of work experience in Nottingham working with a GP in their medical practice and a Perinatal psychiatrist at Nottingham Hospital.

Main Role in Practice:

Part-time and Alternate Saturday Receptionist

Hobbies & Pastimes:

Eloise enjoys a wide variety of hobbies focused around sport and music. She regularly attends fitness classes and enjoys triathlon training and skiing with her family. Eloise is also a talented musician and is currently working towards her Grade 6 in Piano.

Career Aspirations:

Eloise is currently studying for her A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and French in her final year of sixth form, with the goal of studying Medicine at university and possibly becoming a Psychiatrist. Ultimately, however, she hopes to “complete extensive medical research where I can learn something new everyday and possibly discover something that will change people’s lives for the better.”

Top 3 ‘Bucket List’:

Alongside her love for science, Eloise thoroughly enjoys travelling and learning various languages, having studied Spanish, French and Latin during her school studies. She hopes to become bilingual and live in France for a period of time; however, her mother hopes she won’t abandon her for good! Eloise would also like to ski Mont Blanc.
